1. Who may use Pathshala
Pathshala is only for current employees of Pahal, using the account Pahal created for them. Your account ends when you leave Pahal.
2. Your account
- Keep your PIN secret and do not let anyone else use your account. You are responsible for activity on it.
- Tell your manager or write to us at once if you think someone else knows your PIN.
- Pahal policies, including the code of conduct, apply to everything you do in Pathshala.
- The app asks you to accept these terms before you can post, give kudos, send wishes or add a profile photo, and again whenever they change.
3. What you share
Posts, stories, reels, comments, kudos, wishes and messages must be respectful and work-appropriate. Do not share anything that:
- is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent or discriminatory;
- is false, misleading, or harms anyone's reputation;
- reveals customer data, confidential company information or someone else's personal data;
- infringes copyright or other rights, or contains malware or spam.
There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. In the app you can Report any post, story, kudos, wish or profile, and Block a colleague — you then no longer see what they share and they can no longer send you kudos or wishes. The Pahal team reviews every report, removes content that breaks these rules and may suspend the account of the person who shared it.
You keep ownership of what you post, and allow Pahal to show it to Pahal employees inside Pathshala.
4. Learning content and certificates
Trainings, videos, documents and quizzes belong to Pahal or its licensors and are for your own learning at Pahal — do not copy or share them outside. Certificates are issued by Pahal, can be verified by their QR code, and may be revoked if issued in error.
5. Pahal Points and rewards
Pahal Points have no cash value, cannot be transferred or exchanged for money, and may be adjusted or ended by Pahal according to its reward rules.
6. Availability
We work to keep Pathshala available and accurate, but it is provided “as is” and may sometimes be unavailable or change. To the extent the law allows, Pahal is not liable for indirect losses from using Pathshala.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
